Ever since the bones of a man who could possibly be Richard III were unearthed from a car park in Leicester, there has been renewed speculation about his terrible reputation. The Richard III Society certainly think Richard got a raw deal from history, his name blackened by the Tudors and their brilliant propagandist, William Shakespeare.

Who to believe? My money’s on the cause with the best songs, so it’s a thumbs up for the wise and sensitive Richard, as portrayed in Horrible Histories. All the songs from series 3 are here.
